Refunds

Due COVID and the nature of our product, we do not offer refunds.  All sales are final.  Once your order is shipped, there can not be any changes made.  Please be sure to verify your order, as well, as the shipping address before submitting. However, if you find that your product is defective, please contact customer.support@hairjikoo.com so that we can make this right.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue.
