Shipping Policy
Order Processing
Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 3 PM CST begin processing the next business day. Once an order has shipped, we cannot cancel it in our system.
All orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of you placing the order using UPS. Typical delivery time frame is between 3 to 5 business days however, you may receive your items much earlier. All orders are shipped with a tracking number so you can track your shipment every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.
NOTE:
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for any packages that are: lost, stolen, tampered with, or misdirected by UPS. No refunds, replacements, or credits will be issued for lost/stolen packages. You will need to file a claim with UPS for orders that are lost or damaged during shipment.
