Refunds & Returns

Due to the personal care nature of the Hair Jikoo Shampoo Pillow, we are unable to accept returns on products that have been opened or used.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes cannot be made. Please review your order and verify your shipping address carefully before submitting your purchase.
